Kawarau Falls Station, Lakeside West

Part of the extensive Kawarau Falls Station project, one of the biggest undertakings in recent history. South Pacific Fire Protection were chosen ahead of large multi nationals to provide the design and build the Fire Sprinkler system for this project.

JB Hi-Fi Meridian Mall, Dunedin

South Pacific Fire Protection were awarded the contract to alter the sprinkler system to the new tenancy area for JB Hi Fi in the Meridian Mall Dunedin. The alterations consist of reworking the system to allow the client to store category 5 goods, which includes a new 100mm main and new sprinkler ranges.

Southland Base Hospital, Invercargill

A site wide redevelopment over 3 years including sprinkler systems to 3 buildings; the largest being the CSB building with a sprinkler system of 20,000 square metres including dual Diesel and Electric booster pumps, fire hydrant and fire alarms.

Otago House, Dunedin

This job included the new installation of a fire sprinkler system, diesel pump, fire hose reels and wet riser to a fully tenanted building, including the addition of 3 new floors on the top of the building.

St Clair School, Dunedin

South Pacific Fire Protection were awarded the job to install a fire sprinkler and alarm system to St Clair School while it was still in operation.

Regent Theatre, Dunedin

South Pacific Fire Protection were chosen to design, supply and install a fire sprinkler, hydrant and extinguisher system to the historic Regent theatre in Dunedin’s Octagon. Due to the tight contract programme South Pacific were chosen for their reputation of speed and efficiency which held tight for this challenging project.
