About this process
The service team manage a large portfolio of buildings across New Zealand. The range of service depends on the fire systems installed in those buildings and includes service, testing and certification of fire pumps, detectors, alarms, sprinklers, fire lights and fire doors.
Providing Independently Qualified Person (IQP) sign off and 12A certificates ensures that the fire system portion of the building warrant of fitness is completed for building owner’s legal compliance requirements.
Additional services include trial evacuation supervision, evacuation scheme creations and Consent applications as required. The Service team also provide a 24/7 callout response in the event that any customers fire system activations.
